In the working environment act chapter 6 we can find;
§6-1 – Duty to elect safety representatives (1) «Safety representatives shall be elected at all undertakings subject to this Act.»
According to the Regulations on organization, management and participation, the protection representative must "receive the training necessary for them to be able to carry out their duties properly". This course meets the requirements in the same regulation §3-19 regarding "...shorter training can be agreed upon, if the parties have jointly concluded that it is reasonable based on an assessment of the nature and extent of the problems"

The course goes through the central HSE principles in the Working Environment Act.
Among other things, you will get an introduction to systematic HSE work and risk assessment.
